Refund policy

At Shubhtika, we pack every order with care and devotion. However, if you face any issue, we are here to help.

1. Return & Refund Window (India Orders)

Customers can request a return or refund within 2 days of receiving the order.

Requests made after 2 days will not be accepted.

2. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video (All Orders – India & International)

To approve any return or refund, customers must provide an unedited parcel opening video.

Please ensure that:

  • The video starts before opening the parcel.
  • The video is clear and continuous (no cuts, no pauses).
  • The issue with the product is clearly visible.

Without this video, we cannot process any return, refund, or replacement.

3. Condition of the Returned Item

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

It must be in the same condition as shown in the parcel opening video.

No extra damage, missing parts, or tampering will be accepted.

4. When Returns/Refunds Are Accepted

A return or refund request will be accepted only if:

  • The product is damaged,
  • The product is defective,
  • The product received is incorrect or not what was ordered.

5. When Returns/Refunds Are NOT Accepted

We will not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The customer does not like the colour, design, size, or appearance,
  • The product was damaged after delivery,
  • The parcel opening video is missing, unclear, edited, or incomplete,
  • The product is not in its original packaging,
  • The product has additional damage not shown in the opening video.

6. International Return & Refund Policy

For international customers, please note:

a) No Return Pickup Available

We currently do not provide return pickup for international orders.

Customers must arrange the return shipment themselves, if approved.

b) Return Eligibility

International returns are accepted only in cases of damage, defects, or wrong product, and only if supported by an unedited parcel opening video.

c) Condition of Returned Product

The item must be in its original packaging and the same condition as shown in the parcel opening video.

d) Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges for international orders must be paid by the customer.

Shipping fees are not refundable.

e) Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and verified, the refund will be processed to the customer’s original payment method.

Refund may take 7–10 working days to reflect.

7. Refund Method (All Orders)

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time: 5–7 working days for domestic orders and 7–10 working days for international orders.
