At Shubhtika, we aim to ensure that your spiritual products reach you safely, promptly, and with the utmost care. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand delivery timelines and processes for both India and international orders.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 working days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During festivals or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates (India)

  • Within India, we deliver only to pin codes serviced by our shipping partner.
  •  If your pin code is outside the serviceable area, delivery may not be available—please check service availability on the checkout page.
  • Once shipped, domestic orders typically take 3–7 working days to be delivered, depending on your location and pin code. Remote areas may take additional time. You will receive tracking details via email/SMS once the order has been shipped.

3. International Shipping

  • We offer international delivery to most countries. Processing time remains 2–3 working days.
  • Delivery timelines vary by destination, usually 7–21 working days.
  • Customs clearance may cause delays depending on your country’s policies.

Important Notes for International Orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
  • Shubhtika is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or courier restrictions. 

4. Shipping Charges

India:

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight/volume.
  •  Free shipping may be available during promotions or above a certain order value (if applicable).
  • Free shipping offers are valid only for standard delivery; premium services may incur additional fees.

International:

  • Shipping charges vary by country and are calculated at checkout. 
  • Charges are based on order weight/volume, delivery location, and selected shipping method.
  • All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  •  International shipping is not free unless part of an active promotion. 

5. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  •  Tracking may take 12–24 hours to update after shipment.
  • If you have not received tracking details, please contact us at admin@shubhtika.com

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure the address and contact details provided at checkout are accurate.

Shubhtika is not liable for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer not being available to receive the parcel
  • Courier delays beyond our control
  • If an order returns to us due to failed delivery, the customer must pay reshipping charges.
  • If a gift recipient refuses delivery because they think it was sent in error, the package will be returned as undeliverable. Inform your gift recipient that they should expect a package to help ensure they receive it.

7. Damage During Transit

We pack all products securely. However, if your order arrives damaged:

  • You must provide an unedited parcel opening video that begins before the package is opened.
  • Without this video, we cannot process any damage-related claims.

(This condition aligns with our Return & Refund Policy.) 

8. Change of Shipping Address

Address changes are allowed only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, the address cannot be changed. To request a change, email us immediately at admin@shubhtika.com.

9. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or delivered with missing/damaged items:

  1. Contact our Customer Support at admin@shubhtika.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the issue.
  3. We will investigate and resolve the matter within 5–10 business days.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Customs inspections or regulatory holds

Delivery delays may also occur due to weather conditions, festival rush, courier operational issues, or customs delays for international orders. We will support you, but such delays are beyond our control.
